- One week minimum stay during high season (May 15 thru September 30): $225/night; $1,400/week; $4,500/month
- Two nights minimum stay October 1 – May 14: $190/night, $1200/week; $3500/month
- Rates are for two people – includes a generous assortment of breakfast ingredients
- Check-in 3:00 pm, Check-out 11:00 am
- No smoking, no pets, please
- To hold your reservation: credit card information. (But we won’t charge your card til we see you.)
- But we will charge your card if you cancel with less than three months’ notice for stays during high season, or two weeks’ notice for stays between November 1 and May 15.
Rates include full use of entire private guest cottage, hot tub,washer and dryer, the generous assortment of breakfast foods you’ll find in the complete kitchen, wi-fi, movie library, and off-street parking. There are no hidden fees. Sales tax of 9.5% must be added, but there is no cleaning fee.
